Stay requests and contact details
If you send a stay request, email us, call, or contact us on Instagram, you may choose to share your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, guest details, preferred room category, and message.
How we use information
We use this information to reply to your request, check availability, prepare direct-rate information, coordinate arrival details, and keep ordinary correspondence related to a possible or confirmed stay. We do not sell personal data.
Lawful basis
For stay inquiries and contact messages, we process details to respond to your request and take steps before a possible booking. Where needed, limited records may also be kept for legitimate administrative, accounting, or legal reasons.
Retention
